A residential College within the University of Queensland

Duchesne College was founded in March, 1937, to provide a safe and welcoming home for young Catholic women from rural and regional Queensland who wished to conduct their university studies in Brisbane. Now 75 years strong, it’s boasts 200 of the finest students furthering their education.

We are proud of what Duchesne College has achieved thus far and are confident that our students today will maintain these strong traditions.
